2-Minute Fingerprint Debounce
Employees often scan their fingerprint twice in panic or accident. Any successive punch within less than 2 minutes (120s) is automatically flagged as NEGLECTED_DEBOUNCE.
Permanent vs Contract Rules
Permanent Employees: Basic salary + OT pay, subject to late arrival deductions, early leave deductions, and excess leave penalties.
Contract Employees: Paid strictly by Total Valid Hours * Hourly Rate. Completely exempt from late/early penalties.
Sunday & Holiday Handling
Sundays: Automatically marked as weekly regular holidays.
Work performed on Sundays or Company Holidays by permanent staff is automatically calculated as Holiday Overtime. Contract staff earn their standard hourly rate for all holiday work.
